- Prize Distribution: We are not responsible for delivering prizes or resolving any issues related to prize distribution. The ticket holders must reach out to the event organizer or seller whose contact details will be provided on the event page.
- Fee Structure: Our platform charges fees to event organizers for our services. We do not collect any fees from ticket holders.
2. Changes to Fees and Subscription Plans
LuckyDip.in reserves the right to modify its platform fees or subscription plans at any time with or without prior notice. Discounts or special offers may be available during promotional periods at our discretion.
3. Use of Platform for Non-Gambling Purposes
This platform is not intended for gambling purposes and does not promote gambling. LuckyDip.in is designed for noble causes, such as charity donations, festival collections, and other non-gambling events. Events may include, but are not limited to:
- Charity donations
- Festival ticket draws (e.g., Dussehra, Deepavali, Christmas, Eid Milad, Ramzan)
We strictly prohibit using this platform for gambling or any related activities. Event organizers must ensure that their events comply with local laws regarding ticket draws and prize distribution.
4. Ticket Holder Responsibilities
Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their tickets safe and contacting the event organizer to claim any prizes. LuckyDip.in does not provide customer support for ticket holders. All support requests must be submitted by the event organizer.

5. Prohibited Activities
